Steve Swierczynski

Steve was born and raised in the Chicago area, where he lived until attending UW-Madison in the early 1990s. From there, he went on to relocate several times, to places like northern IL, San Diego, CA and northern WI.  He currently resides in the greater Madison area. 

 

Steve has experience owning and managing several investment properties that he has sold or currently owns. Additionally, he is a real estate investor and a member of Madison Real Estate Investment Association. Well-traveled, Steve has over two decades of experience working with people around the world and in remote locations. Steve studied English literature at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. His hobbies include playing guitar, fishing, and spending time with family. 

 

Steve is a self-motivated entrepreneur who currently serves his community by helping people with all of their real estate needs. He does this through his unique abilities, his dedication and connection with his clients, and through his effective communication style.

 

Steve is hard-working at whatever he does. His ability to work with clients on a professional level is one of his greatest assets. His loyalty to his clients along with his negotiation skills have repeatedly aided in his business ventures. Previously owned, managed and sold companies, such as Fishing Hot Spots, Inc. and Fishidy, where he was a partner and advisor. Currently, Steve is a partner and business advisor at a children’s counseling center; a member and volunteer on various educational, corporate, and non-profit advisory boards; and a real estate agent as a Century 21 Affiliate.

 

Steve presents to his clients trust, reliability, and someone who has their interests at heart. Additionally, he has extensive experience in negotiating, management, and all aspects of contracts. He gives his all to help his clients realize their dreams and find their perfect property or sell their existing real estate.

 

Steve offers potential clients a free, in-person, online, or phone consultation. This ensures effective communication right from the start in exchange for a little bit of his prospective client’s time. 

 

Steve brings to the table a rich history, strong and unique abilities as a real estate agent, and dedication and loyalty to his clients. His vast experience and skills help to close the deal efficiently and in a timely fashion.
