2018 Athena Young Professional Leadership Award nominee Tammy J. Kosbab is a passionate and motivated go-getter who is excited to use her 16 years of buying and selling experience in business to help you sell your home or business, or to buy your next property.

Although new to the real estate industry in 2020, she brings an impressive and proven track record of success. Tammy's father was a Staff Sargeant with the US Army so she is well versed in the moving process since having to move every 4 years since the 1980s. When she was just 26 years old she opened her own business, which required negotiating commercial leases, working with attorneys, insurance agents, renovating the property, decorating and designing the interior, as well as attracting and securing contractors to sublease the commercial space.

 

She later sold her successful business, on her own. In 2016 she graduated with honors with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, specifically Healthcare Management. She then helped her client to start the client’s dream clinic from the ground up, one that continues to be profitable. She started her Masters Degree in Healthcare Policy & Law in 2018.

Because of her diverse background, Tammy is well versed in what it takes to secure a buyer and successfully close a transaction. She will help you get the best deal for your money by effectively and efficiently negotiating contracts, leases, marketing, selling, buying, decorating, relocating, and so much more!
